IERNA's Heating & Cooling

Shane and Brandon installed a new AC unit on my house. They did a great job of being professional and very clean. Kept up the pace all day and I was very happy about my choice. Brandon and Shane deserve a raise!

We've had Ierna servicing our A/C for years now. Recently we had need of a new unit (thanks mother nature). Jacob came out and gave us some options (he's a great guy, very customer oriented and a great representative of the company) John and Austin were here the following day to install our new A/C. It was a miserable day, raining and just plain horrible. They were great! They wore booties inside my home, so I didn't have to clean up after them. They were courteous, and had my new A/C up and running in about 4 hours. They cleaned up after themselves too. Other than the fact that I now had nice cool air coursing through my house, I never even knew they were there. There was nothing I had to do after they left, no clean up at all. Thanks guys... You're the best!

We could not be any more pleased with our experience with Ierna’s air. Prior to our scheduled appointment we got a reminder text and e- mail. The day of, the technician called on the way and when he arrived he was professional and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with the service we received and we even got a follow- up call post appointment to make sure we were satisfied with our service. We would not use any other ac company and we highly recommend this company! 5 STARS

Both myself and my husband want to thank Don, Donnie and Mike for their professional and courteous service installing our new system yesterday. On Sunday evening this company responded quickly and professionally Alex ( the technician) that came examined the situation and as we expected confirmed our AC was done. He explained our options and answered all questions. We decided on what we wanted and he scheduled it for the next morning. Monday morning they were here and they worked non stop, in and out of the attic , the garage and outside replacing the unit and updating some vents. At around 4PM or a little after the new unit was up and running and began cooling the house, including controlling the humidity which our old unit never did. They were very courteous and totally cleaned up after the job. Once again we want to thank them all for the courteous and professional job they did,, including explaining all features of the new system

This company goes above and beyond to to make you happy. They actually return calls promptly. Billy F., Josh S. and Gareth were polite, pleasant, when they were finished, everything was put back in place. There was a power outage that day and they assured me they wouldn't leave until my air was working. Awesome company and wonderful people!
