Used freddie for years. His guy installed a dishwasher. For some reason it didn’t drain right, called, same tech came back out, spent about an hour and fixed the issue. The tech said there was no charge. Freddie came back from vacation and demanded a $90 fee for coming back out, even though it was an install issue. I argued about the additional fee to no avail. So Freddie got his last $90 from me.
