I gave such a good review about this location only to want to take my review back.... I expressed how urgent I needed my flooring to be done when I walked in. I picked it out and did everything even put down the $35 deposit they required. I was told I would get a phone call the next day (which was yesterday 8/17/17) and no phone call, no email, no text, no carrier pigeon NOTHING!!!!. Then when I call in and asked what will happen to the 5 day carpet install no one could even find my order. I have a receipt but nothing waa even entered.... instead of finding an alternate solution to the problem they refunded my money and pretty much kicked me in the butt and slammed the door... Refunding me my money doesn't solve the problem on where this location messed up and not getting my floors done... I am so upset I'm making the call to corporate. Someone needs to call me before I make that call!!!
