Not only did they come to our house and thoroughly diagnose our TANKLESS hot water heater problem but actually went to Home Depot WITH us to make sure that the warrantee that the company had offered was followed through on. Generations plumbing is an astonishing business. I say this due to several factors. Marie and Mike, the owners of the business, are 1st class individuals. They are personable, highly knowledgable, and honest people. Our water heater gave out suddenly and with a 10 month old, hot water can be very important to day-to-day operations. A call was placed to Generations Plumbing and within an hour I received a return call. From the moment I answered the phone they were caring and attentive to my individual needs, even though they were handling another job at the time. I truly felt like a priority and that my issue was as important to them, as it was to me and my family. Generations Plumbing showed up the next day, first thing in the morning with a new heater (an upgraded one) and took care of replacing and removing the old water heater. During the time of installation, I engaged in great, friendly, conversation with both Marie and Mike. They shared personal stories about previous jobs, family, etc. They made it seem as if we were old friends getting together again... that's how comfortable they made the atmosphere... oh, and they recognized my service in the U.S. Air Force with a 10% discount, which wasn't needed, but sincerely appreciated. In the end, I received a new, bigger and better water heater, new piping, and a new on/off valve. The work was very clean and professional. I was truly blown away. This is just a written review , yes, but it may just make it easier for someone to get the type of assistance needed, such as I received today. Please experience this wonderful business for yourself... you will not regret it, I promise!
