Fantastic service! I would HIGHLY recommend. Pete came to my home and fixed the sink, washer and dishwasher plumbing issues. He walked me through the issues causing the problem. He made recommendations so it wouldn't happen again. Pete was very friendly and honest. Great service!!! Thank you.

Awesome level of service... Andrea returned my call quickly, addressed my plumbing issue and set an appointment. She said she would call me when the tech was on his way and actually reconfirmed the night before the scheduled appointment day. I received another call prior to the tech arriving to my home. This was over the top communication, I wish every service company had the same standards. thanks Andrea!! The service tech assessed my problem and actually improved the plumbing connection and made the repair quickly and efficiently; he made sure everything was functioning properly before he left. He left the work area clean, as it was before he arrived. Highly recommend Blue Box.
