I called Ferrell after calling 3 other places. Despite the flooding all around the area, they were able to inspect my septic for a home purchase. Sharon was very friendly and was able to get the inspection done quicker than I had anticipated. Also, of the 4 places I called, Ferrell's was significantly cheaper. They say you get what you pay for and in this case I got so much more.

I called Rick Ferrell's Septic, I had specifics of how I wanted our septic to be pumped, cleaned and inspected, the person that answered the phone said it could be done, I made an appointment. I needed both lids opened in order to accomplish the cleaning and pumping of my septic and was told it would be done, when driver/technichian showed up was told they didn't do it that way he just wanted to open the lid wide enough to fit the hose in. Very unprofessional they tell you one thing over the phone and another when they get to your house. Once the driver/technician didn't do as we were promised we told them we didn't care for there services. I can't wait to see the excuse they'll be posting in regards to my review. Too bad they don't have the option for a 0 stars

This was our first time having to service a septic because we came from the city. I would say to those that have not had septic service before to allow a few hour window for the serviceman to arrive. It is also helpful to have a water hose present for the serviceman to rinse the tank at the end. And then I would rate Donald (our serviceman) by stating that he was very knowledgeable & helpful. Also performed his tasks very quickly & neatly. I would recommend.

Ferrell’s pumped out our septic tank on 8/25/17 and my son was home and left their technician to do his job unsupervised and 2 weeks later our drains and toilets were gurgling once more, my wife called their office repeatedly for some resolution with not one call back. Saved another 200$ which isn’t easy nowadays , and decided to call Anthony from JOHNS BY JOHN II to come out , 10/28/17 and without hesitation their technician Freddy got to work, I decided I was going to witness this time around, Johns by John II technician Freddy pulled both lids and observed that only one of the tanks in a double tank had been pumped, the tank closest to the filter had been cleaned hiding the fact that the tank closest to home hadn’t been touched. So if you have money to throw away or don’t care if the job is done right call this shady unprofessional company. If I could give it ZERO stars I would.

Very reasonable price, work completed quickly, left yard looking very nice.
