The worst company we have ever had to deal with. They put the plumbing in our brand new home. Everything leaks. They have been out numerous times, have not ever fixed a thing. We have had other companies fix things and tell us how horrible it was put it. Nothing fit, nothing was tight, toilet even fell over after a month of use because it was not put in correctly, so much damage has been caused from them. One guy called us liars and refused to do the repair, we had water damage and he still ignored it. I am so grateful for the other companies who have fixed their mess. Our brand new home is damaged and it breaks our heart. Don's Plumbing is garbage. Stay away!
If I could give them zero stars, I would. We called them to replace a water heater. We set a time that was convenient-we live about 2 hours away-and all was set. My husband went over to Citrus County for the appt. ( and he was early getting there) and waited, and waited. He called the office and was told he was “ next on the list.” For the next 10 hours ( this is NOT a fake review!) he called every hour and was told the same thing. The tech finally came out @8:00 PM. When calling the office the next day, to register a complaint, he was put off and told that “Don” would call him. It’s been a couple of months...we’re still waiting.
I would not recommend this company. They charged 112 dollars and l had to call someone else to Re-fix what they should have fixed. Not happy
Installed a hot water heater valve to take care of a leak on 22 yr old water heater. $117 .Still leaking Installed a new 40 gallon hot water heater that touched two walls and a garage sink and installed with pvc pipes instead if copper. $675, that was after $25 discount. Still there was a leak. Tech assumed leak was coming from bathroom wall, but would not go any further. Must spend $350 to call Leak expert to find it , so more money could be spent to repair after leak being found.Called a handy man. Leak was found in 15 min. and repaired, hot water heater reinstalled correctly for$175. Would NEVER use this company or suggest anyone to use them!
They dropped the ball on my service multiple times, but in the end they got it taken care of once realizing the mistakes. Professional staff, just not the best when it comes to communicating and following up with customers. Had a Slab leak and they fixed it.
