SERVICE CALL EXPERIENCE- my initial service call was not good at all. However, the receptionist called back to apologize for her assumptions. Professionally, i am glad that she did call back because the first person that customers speak with represent the company which speaks volumes. At this point- i am not sure how the actual services will be since they have not come out yey. I will post a service review soon. ????
Very un professional behavior by whatever lady I spoke too. Called me a liar and said they had called because no house was at my address. Driver didn't attempt to find my house and also received no calls. Beware of this dragon lady receptionist.
The gentleman that came out was so professional and courteous. We would definitely use this company again and recommend them.
