Jones Plumbing & Septic Tank

Both my neighbors had their tanks serviced over the past two days. One was by Withers who drove on the lawn leaving tracks. Jones Plumbing serviced my other neighbor and parked by the side of the road and I thought much better. Then the pumping started and the sewage smell was overwhelming which was not like the other day. Then when the truck left a giant puddle of sewage was left on the road in front of my home. Why wouldn’t the driver notice this and at a minimum get a hose and clean it up?

We were notified Friday afternoon we had a slow drain on the septic system. I called Braxton and Jones plumbing at midday. They said they would come Saturday and service our septic system. The representative knew exactly what he was to do and did it with most professional quality and went above and beyond to make sure we had no more problems based on the issues we had with roots. As a business owner myself I thought Jones was reasonably priced and we are just delighted that we could get serviced on the weekend in a timely manner. We will definitely use again as needed and thanks to the quality employees on staff.

At 3pm I discovered sewage backing up in my shower. I spoke to Mr. Jones and he was at my house, pumping my septic tank before 4pm. I am very impressed! Complete resolution, great price, couldn't be happier. Highly recommend. By the way, I still haven't received return phone calls from the 4+ other companies I called prior to reaching Mr. Jones. Thank you so much!

My first time using Jones Plumbing. Braxton & Zack were very polite, and professional. They were suppose to come by late in the day and I was excited he could come by early. He called me first and that was very nice of him. I will def recommend Jones Plumbing to all my family & friends. I contacted Jones Plumbing yesterday about a problem. He pulled his truck over to discuss the problem immediately and we set up a time for him to come check it out. He came by, saw the problem and fixed it in no time! I’m very happy with my experience and will be using them for future needs.
