FAST of Florida

FAST came today to replace my old a/c- heating unit on my house! They did an excellent job with no problems in shorter time then I expected.......A guy name Matt who has been with FAST a yr now.......he was awesome and I was so pleased with his work..........Been with FAST a zillion years now for home and condo and they have never failed me yet!

I was experiencing a minor problem with my thermostat displaying a message - not connected . It was not a major as the air conditioner was operating properly. Kevin was very helpful in showing me how to make the message disappear. He was pleasant and did not make me feel like an idiot in not being able to perform this task. He also shared with me helpful hints in the maintenance of my air conditioner. I would gladly welcome Kevin back to work on my unit. He is a great representative of how service should be provided by FAST.

FAST just installed a new A/C unit in my condo and overall I am very pleased with the experience. Other than the process taking a bit longer than expected due to some miscommunications (thus the 4 star rating), I found the technicians to be professional and courteous. And they did a great job cleaning up once they were completed. And so far, the new unit is working beautifully.

My family have been a happy FAST of Florida customer for many years. I highly recommend them for professional, reliable service for HVAC, Appliance, plumbing and electrical needs.

Emergency Plumbing Repair We had both of our service lines for our washer and dryer break off in the masonry wall on a Sunday evening. I called around and everyone wanted $185+ for an emergency call. Not much I can do about that - but finally found FAST of FL and they had a technician who was available that night (which was important because our water main had to be shut off until the repairs were completed. Technician Sean was assigned. He telephoned me and kept me abreast of his time of arrival (although he was running later than what he said). When he arrived he was a very nice guy and a hard worker. He fixed the problem in about 30 minutes and had our water back on. Appreciated his customer service and work ethic. Total repair costs us $435 - a lot of money, but what do you do in a pinch. Sean did run our credit card that night. However, FAST of FL ran it again on the following Tuesday. Did have a little hassle getting to the right person to get that credited back - but Lisa finally took care of it. All and all - emergency plumbing is expensive. However, Sean took care of us and made a bad situation as good as it could be.
