Xtreme Pumping and Septic

Bobby & his work partner did a very good job with the septic tank. Despite working in the rain they were very professional and answered my questions concerning the drainage and septic issues that occur more frequently from living on a Bayou with a high water table. These guys have been great to work with, they worked with me to ensure I was happy with the job and came back out a couple of times without giving me any problems or trying to charge me extra. Extremely satisfied with their service!

The employees were nice enough but it seemed like they were done too quickly so I'm worried it wasn't pumped completely and they didn't wear gloves while handling any of the equipment, grabbing the inside of the hose end to drag it. There also weren't any drips from the hoses afterwards and every time I've had the tank drained in the past our water hose was used to rinse equipment and the tank filter. I paid the $255 I was quoted but something doesn't seem right about the job. A crew was sent to examine the tank shortly after this review went up. They examined the tank and yes, it had been pumped. They weren't wearing gloves also and when I asked they said they don't which left me a little squeamish.

The two young men that came out were very professional and kind. I would highly recommend this company I had never heard of him before. I will be using them again

I would definitely recommend for an event. We had great service with them with the delivery of the toilets and wash station. Very clean and nice.
