Was a customer but the quality of care has crashed. Placed a call last Thursday for an estimate. Said they would schedule an appointment for that afternoon or Friday morning; didn’t. I called back Friday morning and was told she would check. Never got a call back. Called again on Monday morning and told someone would stop by Tuesday morning between 10-12. Called at 1230 and told she would have to find out and call back; never did. Pathetic as I have had to schedule myself to wait each time and was never called with an update. Found a new company that has already been more responsive.

Terrible service. Started a job at my new construction home. One guy spent most of time at the truck talking on his phone. Then they didnt finish and haven't come back for over a week. Keeps saying they are on the way and never show up. My contractor calls them every day and same story, they are on the way and dont show. Never hire this company.

On two occasions recently, I have called them with an "emergency." Not only are they quick and efficient, their employees are always nice and professional. They come and fix the issue and don't try to "upsell." The office staff is absolutely amazing to work with and are always helpful. They will be my first go to from now on. Ps... they're not as expensive as I expected on either occassion.

Experts. Boyd Plumbing has been extremely responsive, dependable and wonderful with all of the issues I have had with several properties. They are persistent in finding the source of the problem and are fairly priced. I would recommend Boyd Plumbing to anyone who has a plumbing issue!
