Danger! Overcharged for unwanted, undisclosed parts and work. Needed a kitchen faucet replaced and gasket for my toilet. Technician called me from the house and ONLY these were approved Shocked to find final bill at $300+ ! Without my consent they "rebuilt" the toilet, added a "fill valve" and "flush valve". Also added new supply lines in the kitchen. When I disputed the large bill, their General Manager, Joel, laughed at me. Their tech lied and said he had disclosed all the additional work when he had not. Joel said it was their 'STANDARD PROTOCOL" to do all this additional work without authorization. AVOID! Or you will be writing on this webpage like me!
