Another great experience with Terry’s plumbing! We had Dereck replace a couple of faucets in our bathrooms. He was prompt, fast, efficient , clean, polite and the cost was very fair. Really nothing else you could want in a service call. Never use anyone else!
First plumber out of 5 I called to get back to me, and they got back to me first thing. Showed up promptly, found the problem right away, and even though it entailed some extra work that was not directly plumbing related, took care of it right away. I have to give credit where credit is due;excellent service and professionalism. How refreshing. They even fixed a faucet that had issues even though that wasn't why I called them~ very impressed!!!Thanks so much!!
Called Terry’s plumbing for a leak on laundry tub. Made an appointment between 12-2 pm. Showed up at 1 pm. Derek was the plumber, found the problem which was the faucet leaking, gave me a choice of 3 different faucets, and was done in a hour. Price was reasonable and service great!
So nice to have a home service that is responsive! They call you back and follow up before the appointment as a reminder. In addition, they show up on time, are friendly and do a great job. Derrick was a pleasure to work with. Thanks so much!
