I have had two separate plumbing issues: one to replace my dishwasher disposal and second to replace a shower kit. Both times, Pine Lakes has gone above and beyond. They are always courteous, professional, and take time to provide advice. I am so grateful for this company and the wonderful service they provide. Rob is the contract installation plumber for water heaters purchased at Lowe's. He contacted me promptly after the purchase to arrange a date for the install. He arrived on time and set to work immediately. He is very experienced and highly professional. No wasted time (less than 1.5 hrs to remove and replace a water heater). I will not hesitate to contact him again should the need arise. Highly recommended.
