if I could leave no stars I would they came to fix a septic leak in the 45 minutes they were here they dug up part of the yard filled the hole back in and left without saying a word. then called the land lord and said they just didn't want to fix it.
Sam the owner is Professional, Knowledgeable extremely reasonable price wise and truly a nice guy.
Worked seamlessly with KLC floors and more to replace a drain pan and valve in my shower. It looks great and they did an really nice job.
Was supposed to come last Saturday to give an estimate and did not show. Called him again and asked if he was still interested in the job and he scheduled another appt this morning which he did not show up for again, no phone call at all - very, very undependable.
Sam just literally left out house and took only 25 minutes to fix our leaking washing machine line. Definitely a customer for as long as I'm in keystone! Fair price as well
