Owen Alvarez & Sons Plumbing

My water pump went out and I needed help fast. After calling a bunch of other companies who wanted $175.00 just to come out for an estimate, I luckily found this company. I called, they came out the same day, didn't try to BS me into paying for something I didn't need. They fixed the issue for WAY less than the others wanted just for an estimate. I won't use anyone else. I'm sold. Great job guys! It's nice to find a company that still has values.

I called them at 7am on May 9th, 2017, and they were at my place at 11:30am. Very fast service, very courteous, very professional. I have worked retail for 30 years, and have seen the worst in people. These folks are honest, and hard working. I will never use anyone eles for my plumbing needs. I am a customer for life.

Alvarez and his son will never get my business again. He came to my trailer checked out my pump and trailer plumbing then told me what was wrong. He requested that I pay him up front so he can go get the supplies which I did. Once he put a new control box on my pump it blew up because HE came up with the wrong diagnosis. Although he did give the money back for the pump he would not give me back the $80 labor fee for which he made a mistake. He then came into my trailer with the pieces he bought with no receipt r proof of prices. Just his word. And may I remind you he was jittering and moving around the whole time as if he was on crack or something. At that point i wanted him gone. So he eneded up replacing only 1 shower head and 2 faucets in the tub for $280. He refused to give me anything back. No receipt no nothing. He is obviously a junxkie. And his son whom he calls bubba was talking trash to him the entire time. He wanted to help do nothing.

I was very happy that they came out fairly fast to fix my hot water heater. But they had to leave and come back the next day to finish working on it.. The prices constantly changed. It took days for them to come back out to my home and i had to call everyday to see what was going on because noone would call me telling me they need to reschedule every single day.. Finally days have passed and they came back out to finish the job i asked what the total would be and had someone take care of paying them because i had to leave.... They did not give my change back! I called them and he said he didnt have change and didnt realize he owed me $5.. So now im sure im going to have to wait for days to get that back if i even get it back.. Yes it is only $5 but you dont screw your customers! Thank you for finally getting the job done but i will not mention this company for others. Yall did wrong and should not treat your customers that way. Im waiting for your return trip sir
