Drain Team Inc

We recently had a pipe start leaking under our home and had The Drain Team do the repairs. They are fairly priced and prompt. They sent out William and he did an awesome job on an not so easy repair. He was knowledgeable and super friendly. We did get quotes from other companies but we knew we were in good hands with The Drain Team.

Have used the Drain Team several times. They do a great job and always very professional. I highly recommend them!

My husbands boss had used this company and said they were okay so I called and made an appt. for a free estimate because I have a leak under my kitchen sink and have had to turn off my hot water. During my first call to them I told them that I have a major illness in my household and that they needed to make sure that the tech. that they were sending was not ill / suffering from a cold etc. They noted it and said it would not be a problem. On the day of the appt. I called them in the early a.m. to have them check the notes to make sure that it was listed on the work order. I was told that it was. They called me around noon and I mentioned it again. One more call was made to me around 1:00 p.m. to let me know that they were still coming and it would be within the four window that they had given me. After I had waited three hours they called again to let me know that the tech was sick. I am glad that they caught it but there is no excuse for letting me wait three hours before informing me that the tech. was not well. Because of the illness in my family I usually have daily appts. for tests and treatments, etc. On the day of the service call, I had two doctors appts. which I rescheduled for the next day. They asked if they could come the next day, I said no because I had appts. and I can not move them again. Of coarse they apologized but that is not good enough! If they were indeed doing their job, I would not have had to sit and wait for three hours before they called and told me about the tech. That is not good customer service!! What if I made an appt. with them and was not home when they came. Wonder how they would feel about me wasting their time, like they wasted mine? I told them that I would find someone else. So are they a good plumbing company? I couldn't tell you since they never made it to my house. I am very disappointed.. There is no excuse for this and it is a sign of a poorly run office. My time is just as important as theirs!!
