I realized our air conditioner wasn’t working at 3am. After calling another “24/7” air conditioner repair company and being told they’d call back during regular business hours, I called Best Home Services. A repairman (Rod Daniels) was dispatched to my home immediately. He was extremely professional, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it right away. He had to replace a part on our outdoors unit and did so in the dark. He had the necessary parts on his truck so the entire time he was at our home was about 30 minutes. Prices were fair especially considering it was a middle of the night emergency call. We have two elderly dogs who might not have survived a lengthy wait for air conditioning repair. I am happy to say our house has cooled down and the air is working great. I am very grateful to both Rod Daniels and Best Home Services for their prompt and professional response!!
When I first called I spoke with Nick. He was extremely kind and got me an appointment for the same day for my AC unit. River was the technician who arrived at my home. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and was able to give me a quote on the spot. I would recommend this company to anyone and their staff is amazing.

Daniel did an great job on fixing the electrical issues in my house. He got me a good deal on the electrical installation, and did the job in a timely fashion. Nathan is a real super hero. We have called BEST three times and Nathan has rescued us with ease. What service! Nathan and Daniel updated and replaced the circuit switches in the circuit board.
