Stay away. Insisted I needed a $4,000 new water line when all I needed was a $300 repair. Call Professional Plumbing instead.

Stay Away from Prichard and their Surfing Plumbers. I asked for a quote for a large but standard plumbing job. Pritchard's Surfer quoted me a price that was over 1.5 times as high (over $1,500 higher) as reputable plumbers in my area quoted. The guy who did the estimate spent most of his time talking up extra charges. I guess they are surfing for gulilble, stupid customers. Don't be one. Just stay away from Pritchard Plumbing.
