Called Richards shortly after 8:00 am Monday. Crystal answered the phone. She was a real joy to speak with. I told her I had a stopped up kitchen drain. After a brief time probably checking everyone's schedule, she told me that they could have someone over to help us in a short while. About a half hour later Frank knocked on the door. Wow! How's that for fast? He set up his auger and commenced to bore 7 lengths down the drain pipe. Before removing the auger he tested the water flow. The flow was great. He removed the auger, packed up and left. Frank was the greatest. He had us laughing much of the time. Anyway, the job performance was really professional. The price was fair. Absolutely nothing to dislike about the entire experience.
EXCELLENT SERVICE! Jeff, Dallas and Santiago provided exceptional and professional service. Trustworthy? Santiago found a diamond ring of mine that I had not seen in years. Matter of fact, I forgot I had it. He put the ring in a safe place and notified me. Need I say anymore?
Richard came in today with a last minute emergency. He was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor to boot!! I highly recommend anyone in need of plumbing or electric services to contact RICHARDS PLUMBING AND ELECTRIC Mark
I was recommended their services by a very good friend. I decided to call first thing in the morning on a Monday as I had an issue in my bathroom over the weekend. The issue stemmed from the bathroom sink and bathtub being clogged. A leaked started behind the wall and progressed into the bathroom as well as the room adjacent. When I called and said I would like someone to come out and take a look, they said it would be $100. I was a little taken back by that but figured it was an industry standard. They said they would be out between noon - 2pm. No one came, so I called dispatch. They told me the plumber was running behind. I explained to them that I would like to cancel my appointment. First thing, you are charging me $100 no matter what. Second, I have a 2 hour window of inconvenience for the plumber to show up. I expect a certain level of professionalism from a company rated so highly. You don't even bother to call me and keep me informed that you are running behind. So why should I give a $100 to a company that does not have the time to update me (You had 2 hours) on my inconvenient 2 hour window. Unfortunately for them, they assumed that I would just say it's ok. Now, I will call one of their competitors, give them the $100 and give them the job that will probably be worth $2000. How do I know it's worth that? I had a few plumbers before tell me how much it would be to fix, if we did not keep doing temporary solutions. Go somewhere else and save yourself further headaches!
I've had plumbing issues underneath my kitchen sink for 9 months. We called Richard's plumbing and they sent Mike out. He was very knowledgeable and fixed our plumbing issue (which was a big one). He was very friendly, helpful and did a fantastic job! I will highly recommend Mike to everyone I know! Thanks Mike!!
