Danny's Septic Services was initially called to do a septic pump out; however, upon arrival the tech concluded there was another issue causing the blockage, and the lid needed to be replaced. There were some back and forth between the company and myself as to the reason why there were still issues with the toilets not flushing and the tubs not draining. There were some communication issues; however, those issues were addressed today when I spoke with Maryanne. She was polite, understanding, apologetic, and kind. We spoke about the issues and I now understand that there are probably some other issues that may require a plumber. If I had to base my experience with this company solely on my experience with Maryanne, I would have rated them a 5. However, the company sent their team to remove the debris, all I can say is RUDE!!!!!. The gentleman knocked the door, when I open the door her said" move your car", so I replied" good morning to you too", apparently he needed to get in the back yard. He argued with me the entire time he was here. Way to go sir you get a -100% on professionalism. I undrestand that we have bad day, but that is no way to speak to someone you've never met. Thank you Maryanne for your help, you are a great addition and an asset to the company.
It’s all converted into a concrete pad style septic to get a new fiberglass tank. Excellent job. This was two years ago. Since then I have been fighting a palmetto bugs spending $100 a month with Hewlett doing interior and Exterior treatments and then just had the cast-iron pipes clean because I was sure they were cracked and spend $4500 doing that. The end result is during the original installation of the kitchen line was not installed. So The kitchen line was left to drain in the dirt hence the palmetto bug infestation. When I called Danny’s they did come out the very next morning to tie in the kitchen line but then hit me with a fee, and they wanted $250. Workmanship was good just feeling dissatisfied. I was told it wasn’t our fault and if we would’ve known about it you would’ve been charged for that line in the beginning. If they would’ve known about it I wouldn’t of spent about $7000 in the course of the last two years fighting polmetto bugs
Told me $210 for tanks under a thousand and ours is 750 and when they arrived they said it was so full the price would be $240. I was not pleased. HOWEVER, they cleaned my filter for free and worked really hard to do a great job. I give them five stars.
Quick, fast, reliable, and professional. I highly recommend them. They went above and beyond.
Don't make the mistake that I made by hiring this company. Was quoted a price of $210. When they went to open up my septic concrete cover, they used a long heavy steel bar to beat on it and broke one piece. The fix, another $200. They didn't pump the septic tank out as good as the last company I used. Had quite a bit of sludge left. After calling the owner twice she called and said the concrete was old and would do nothing else. They left me a patch of dirt with a few clumps of grass. I had forgotten what company I used last time but will remember what company I won't use next time!!!
