Needed a residential hot water heater replaced. Called Bergeron after speaking to some other companies who gave me the impression that they did not care about the customer except for their money. The owner, Dave personally answered my call and immediatedly gave me the impression that his company was totally committed to customer care and satisfaction. He was able to give me a fair cost effective quote and rearranged his crews schedule to accommodate same day service. The lead plumber, Jeff, and his helper (Dave's son) were very professional in all aspects to the installation. I cannot say enough positive things about the Bergeron Team.
