As a new homeowner in South Florida, I carefully created my own personal list of "preferred vendors." ECM made that list with five stars! I contracted with them for my annual service contract and successfully utilized their professional services. I was never disappointed. My next home purchase will be accompanied by an annual service contract for my appliances and A/C unit with East Coast Mechanical!

The best experience. The most professional office staff ( that's where it all begins.) The detailed item by item site survey in a 90 degree home... The patience with all questions. The installation team. (was so organized It was the "Dream Team." There was not one hi-cup from start to completion. It doesn't get better than this!

The salesperson, John, came to our home to offer a quote. He was on time, explained all the options available, for the size of of our condominium, and space available for the air handler. He was very knowledgeable, explained why certain options were presented, including changing out the circuit breaker, and answered our questions without hesitation. It was also helpful that is also a service technician. The installers arrived, again on time, getting right to work. They worked together as a team, answering any questions we asked along the way. Upon arrival they covered the interior work area with a heavy duty blanket, and cleaned up all the debris, including vacuuming, when the install was complete.

Recently had new AC unit installed. They did a great job. Arrived on time, very professional and answered all my questions. Absolutely would recommend this company. Alan Arnold
