Raider Rooter installed two (2) new Sump Pumps for us in our below grade parking lots. The original pumps had not worked in many years but our new Property Management Company saw to the completion of this basic necessity of clearing storm-water from the parking areas. WE HAD WATER ALL OVER OUR KITCHEN AND DID NOT KNOW WHERE IT WAS COMING FROM. WENT TO THE PBC BEST PICKS REPORTS AND PICKED RAIDER ROOTER. I EXPLAINED WHAT WAS HAPPENING AND THEN WENT AND SHUT OFF THE WATER TO THE WHOLE HOUSE. THE LADY ON THE PHONE MANAGED TO FIND ONE OF HER PEOPLE AND GOT HIM TO US IN A VERY SHORT TIME. IN THE MEANTIME WE REALIZED IT WAS COMING FROM THE WATER LINE BEHIND THE FRIDGE. HE KNEW WHAT TO DO IMMEDIATELY AND EVEN WENT TO HOME DEPOT TO GET THE PART NEEDED TO SHUT DOWN THE LINE.. WE HAD BEEN TOYING WITH THE IDEA OF GETTING A NEW FRIDGE WHICH WE DID THE NEXT DAY AND THE SERICE MAN SAID TO CALL IF THE DELIVERY MEN DID NOT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE THE SITUATION HE WOULD COME RIGHT OVER IF NEEDED. We used Raider Rooter twice at our home in Boynton Beach. The first time it was for routine septic tank draining in 2016, and the second time it was to officially inspect it before we put our house on the market in late 2018. Outstanding experience. We had our sewer line busted by a contractor when they put in the fiber optic lines. Raider Rooter came out within an hour after we called. They went above and beyond to fix our problem. Their attention to detail also helped us prove the contractor was at fault by putting the fiber optic lines through our sewer pipe. Great employees.
