They came out for the annual maintenance. The tech did a excellent job and explained what he was doing. He also fixed the problem with the drain from the drip pan. Great customer service.

I'd like to start off by saying that everyone I dealt with provided exceptional customer service. The team that came out to do the install was phenomenal. They were all the things you hope to expect when hiring a contractor (courteous, friendly and professional); but what stood out was how knowledgeable the were. Whenever I asked a question I got a quick but comprehensive answer. Great job!

Custom Air installed all of my air conditioning equipment when I built my house 6 years ago and it is the only company I use for all of my semi-annual system maintenance. They always do a very good job and Bobbie the Customer service rep is a 5 star person who always does a great job with any questions or requests that I have!

I want to thank their team for their great service. I blew up my shower trying to be that man in the commercial that his wife says no way your fixing it, we are calling the professionals in here. Well, it was Christmas week, I think Eve of not sure, they were booked, no room, no people, but the office secretary heard my story and was on it. Literally 2 minutes later I get a someone's on the way. That alone made my day, their plumber was professional, curteous, and did everything he could to fix my patch job lol . Even gave me compliments on my attempts. But, the job isn't done yet I will keep Google reviewers on their toes. But this company is A+++ service in my book, and the last minute price for coming in was very affordable. Good people. 06/26/2019- Follow Up: I realize it is a little late for this but its worth it: These guys did a fantastic job fixing my Bathroom, I even had to call them back in for a drain backup job, I apparently fixed it by the time they got to me and didn't even charge me full price. I tell you this company is always and will always be on my First to dial list, even if I have to wait, and I never have to BTW. Thank You All.

Our A/C in a new home that we moved into in August 2018 went out on New Years Eve. We reached a Custom Air representative around 7 p.m. We were pleasantly SHOCKED when the rep. told us that he would be at our home, over an hour away from his location, by 9:30 p.m. Thank you, Fernando!! Additionally, he was very knowledgeable and congenial. He also scheduled a time for a representative to come out and correct the problem. Today, January 2, another representative came out to be sure that the unit was in good operational condition. Bruce was very informative about maintenance plans, changed filters and left 2 for future use. We are very pleased with the service provided by Custom Air.
