I'm so glad I called True Plumbers when we spun a leak but more so for them sending Chris Goad out. He was very professional. and easy to talk to. He answered all our questions without hesitation and worked very hard. He definitely knows his job. Also I very much enjoyed talking to Emily. She was a ray of sunshine.

Needed a toilet reset today in my home (flooring installers had to pull it up), so I called True Plumbers because they (and their partner True Builders) did a wonderful job doing repairs, replacements, cleaning up, etc. when our water heater exploded back in March. They came out same day, even for such a small job. They arrived exactly when they promised. While they were working on the toilet, I asked if they could also look at my tub faucet which was only running hot water, and they quickly diagnosed the problem, quoted me a price and fixed it too! Kent and JP are polite, courteous, respectful, answered my questions, and worked quickly. I'll call True Plumbers/True Builders next time I need any plumbing or maintenance because they are responsive, efficient, and get the job done without hassle, and that is worth the price they quote.

Steven and Arnold were great! They took the time to listen to the issues I had experienced for over two years. They diagnosed the issue and they fixed my problem! I am very grateful for them and for True Plumbers Corp. and they are my new Plumbers. ????????????

I truly have to say this was an amazing experience. Our plumber named Jp was great. He was kind very honest. His workmanship was to the highest quality. Not only would I recommend them but plan on using them for all my plumbing for now on. They found a customer for life. There work was great and the price they gave me was very reasonable. I am still in the process of a leak repair and subsequent damage caused from it. My experience to this point has been excellent. The techs - Chad, Josh and Mike (I think Mike is correct name) - have been very prompt, professional and courteous. They explained each step to this point as well as the final steps to occur. I can’t say enough good about these guys and would highly recommend True Plumbers.
