Our technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I called Best Home Serv. as I had seen their ad on TV. They were able to arrive within 3 hours (this gave me time to go out and purchase a new faucet to replace the broken one). So add convenient and timely to their good points. Note: They also carry products in their trucks in case you do not want to go and pick out your own replacement. The reason for deducting one star is that the service is rather pricey. It made me miss the days when we could do this work ourselves. This aside, I was very satisfied with the work Best Home Services provided and in an emergency would certainly use them again.

Called Best home services for AC repair. Adam finished up the repair of replacing our blower motor. He was very friendly and honest. Would definitely recommend Adam again.
