I'd give 10 stars if I could, Mike's service is that good. When my water heater stopped heating Mike talked me through some trouble shooting over the phone in the evening. When it became obvious that the problem was beyond me, Mike came out the next day. Rather than replacing the whole heater, he was able to repair. His rate and charges were more than fair. I highly recommend his services

I was having water heater issues, and after calling around and having people tell me to just replace the unit, I called Mike and he told me what I needed and walked me through my repair. Had a big issue, all three toilets were not able to be flushed and Mike was not available to come take a look, but he did have the time to talk me through fixing it myself. This included getting me the correct part set aside for me at Lowes so I could clear the plugged drain myself. He walked me through the process and saved me time and money. Great service, super nice guy, highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing service. He will be my first call whenever an issue comes up!

Had issue with failed water heater. Mike the Plumber responded and was professional, thorough and clearly provides himself on providing quality work. It was an unexpected surprise and his rates were less than expected. He then cleaned up and offered to educate on how to prevent issues and perform basic repairs without cost.

We had a sewer that did not drain properly. They came out at the promised time and did a very professional job. I would highly recommend.
