I broke the shower arm and I was so sure whoever I called would have to break open the wall. The gentleman that came out was so friendly and amazing at his work that he was able to fix it without a major renovation. I also want to say I called 3 plumbers and this company was the only one to answer the phone instead of going to a machine.Thank you for your quick response and honest work. I will,only use this plumber for any of our needs!

Best plumbing company I have ever dealt with.

Great Service, Quick Response. We clogged the sewer line with "flushable wipes" and the excellent plumber from R J Carter Plumbing showed up right away, was polite and professional and cleared the line. Thanks!

For 4 months I waited for this plumbing company to get back to me regarding parts they had ordered to repair my utility sink and kitchen sink faucet. Each time the office informed me that Mark was going to call me back. After 12 phone calls over a 4 month period, I ended any subsequent action with this company and sought another plumbing company for my needs. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Horrible horrible horrible. Worst company known to man. Don't bother with them.
