Been having issues with a newly installed nitrate home water filter system (low water pressure and high contaminates). Set up initial consult with Prestige (Mullen), they sent a team that inspected the system, tested the water, and made solution recommendations all absolutely free. Made a follow up appointment with one of their experienced techs on this particular system (Mr. Dave). Could not be happier with the expertise and customer service Dave provided. I recently had a problem with a backup in a property I own and Ken Mullen Plumbing performed the work to correct it. Due to a variety of challenges presented by getting to the actual root cause, due largely to the age of the property and the short-cuts taken in years past "updating" the main drainage, the job did not go anywhere close to smoothly. I was more than a little upset about things BUT, after everything was completed, and I met with management to review the entire project, I want to report that I have never had a company demonstrate their commitment to quality and performance any more fully than the people at Ken Mullen Plumbing.
