Most reliable septic company I have ever dealt with. I would recommend Larry R Mills to anyone after the work they performed. They are a family owned business that TRULY cares for their customers and are not just in it to collect money. Hands down good hearted people, amazing work and wonderful customer service! What a great team! We hired Larry Mills to do our septic and drain field replacement. They were the ONLY ones of the 4 companies we had quote mention to us about recommendations with our trees. We were relocating our field due to random placement and not done properly by previous owners. I think he even said "I won't put it there till you get those trees out otherwise I will be back replacing in a few years because the roots will find your field." I am so glad he told because I would not have like to call someone back in a few years to pay for this again. They just finished the job and it was a wonderful experience from first initial contact with Cynthia in the office to them leaving. They went above and beyond to make sure we understood fully what the process was. They were fast, efficient and SUPER friendly. We highly recommend them to anyone.

Only positive thing about my dealings with this business was the effectiveness and politeness of the driver. Aside from that, I personally believe what they did was unethical and they took advantage of someone that was quite ignorant on the matter (me). Septic was backing up pretty bad, called them to have someone come out and take a look. Michael (the driver) came out and fixed my problem in seconds. The issue...pump for septic was unplugged...Ignorant me felt really disappointed to have to call someone for something so stupid, but comes time for the bill. $175!! To have to plug something in! I get it, the driver has to be paid, and it is the weekend, but that amount is insane. Had a different company, which I forgot the name, come out (over the weekend, mind you) and do a service call for $70 before. All in all, call around when getting pricing, and don't call this company if you are needing something looked at or done over the weekend. That was my mistake, now I know better.

Reasonable prices, down to earth people

Had new septic tank and drain field installed from Larry R Mills. Best price and hands down quality work. They go the extra step to make sure things get done right the first time. Highly recommend this company time frame various for each site depending on permit. Our wait was about 4 weeks from time of first contact and permit and county deciding on variance to install and removal but well worth the wait.
