They were able to come out the same day I called. Caleb, the technician, was at my house only an hour after confirming with the friendly receptionist. He was fast, through, and friendly. He also took the time to explain everything as he was doing it, and was transparent about what to expect with the repairs. I will absolutely coming back for my next repairs!

Very fortunate to have Clyde come out. Our sink is now working better than it has in a long time. I appreciate that he was more worried about getting the job done and making sure the problem was fixed than just doing the bare minimum, getting paid, and leaving.

Scheduled appointment and explained that I thought the anode rods may need replacement and agreed to quoted amount. Tech called well in advance, was polite and courteous, but explained that they don't do any work with anode rods and suggested replacement of water heater. I explained I wasn't interested in replacing at this time. He said he could flush the system and I explained that I can flush the system myself, I called to have the anode rods replaced. They did not charge me for the visit and the tech stayed mostly professional throughout the encounter despite my growing irritation. I'm giving two stars because they did not press for me to pay or prolong the time they'd already wasted waiting for the appointment and the quick nature of the tech's work. I will not call them again unless it is an emergency and no other option exists, but do appreciate that they didn't make things more frustrating by pressing for payment.
