Curtis Plumbing

This review is long overdue. I have had the opportunity to use Curtis Plumbing on two separate occasions. The first time when I explained the situation over the phone and told him what another company said, he told me it sounded like something different. My appointment was two days later. He was on time and courteous. Checked out what told him and it ended up being exactly what he said, and the estimate he gave me was spot on. Most recently, he came out the same day, identified the issue which was caused by our water purification system system, so that company was who needed to come out. Curtis spent extra time with me discussing the type of system we had, what happens with it over time (which was not explained to us by the company from which it was purchased), and even called them for me since I didn’t want to lose anything in the translation. He also repaired one of our spigots on the house. He sent Anthony out the following day with the part we wanted. Both Curtis and Anthony were very knowledgeable, polite, friendly, conscientious, and thorough. I will never use another plumbing company for our needs. Curtis is the one... you won’t be disappointed.

This is the second time I have used Curtis Plumbing and I will continue to rely on them to solve and fix my plumbing issues. On Aug 8th Anthony replaced all the internal components in my toilets and replaced cartridges in both showers. He did an excellent job. I called Curtis in the morning and the job was done by the afternoon. Anthony was prompt and courteous. I highly recommend Curtis Plumbing.

Curtis plumbing definitely went above and beyond our expectations. We went through multiple plumbers to get someone knowledgeable and trusting to repipe our whole house and they did an amazing job. It took 3 days for them to complete the job because it was an older home, but Curtis was here everyday working along side another worker and was great at communicating with me about any complications they ran into which was only one. Above all else they repaired all the drywall where they needed to cut through and extra holes from previous issues that he saw and offered to repair, which other plumbers were trying to charge extra or didn't fix them at all. He was very honest about it all and I will definitely be using his company in the future!

Curtis Plumbing is a company with integrity. I had a slab leak in my bathroom and had to have my house re-piped right in the middle of my kitchen remodel. I had 4 different companies come out but Curtis was different. He has excellant communication skills works hard and charges fair prices. I am so grateful that he was able to help us on such short notice. This company will be do any work I need in the future.

From start to finish, I couldn't have been more pleased. I had woken up to my water heater leaking with water covering my garage floor. I immediately called Curtis, and he walked me through what I needed to do immediately until he could get someone out there. True to his word - he had someone there the SAME DAY! With so many choices for plumbing, I can tell you after shopping around, it will be hard for you to find fairer pricing, and even harder to find this level of customer service. Would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.
