Sun Plumbing & Septic Service

The Only Plumber i will be using now. Two other Plumbers could not fix the problem. I Found Sun from their ratings ( on two different sites) and they amazing, they do what they say for the price they told me. Fixed the problem ! ! ! I have already told a company and two friends about them. It is Rare to find a plumber who does not make your job longer and more expensive. I think good plumbers and good electricians are the hardest contractors to find. Very happy.

I called last night and left a message then called this morning right after they opened because when things happen you freak out or at least I did! They calmed me down and said they would send someone out gave me a window of time that worked for both of us. Ivan was prompt and ready to work when he got here. I had explained that my house has been moved around the property a few times but that the septic had stayed in the same place. It took a bit but with Nate's help we were able to find it...buried under 7 inches of dirt!. Once found Ivan got right to it working to clean it out. And it was a mess! I have only owned the place for two years, no problems so did not think it was a issue I needed to address. Well it got my attention! Seems it had not been emptied in at least 7 years. It was a mess so I did incur an extra charge but they told me about it up front and I had kinda expected it. Luckily cleaning and emptying out the septic fixed the problem and I can enjoy my house again! A BIG thank you to Ivan for getting the job done and Nate for finding that cover...Thanks guys for not giving up and working out the problem! Honest, Dependable, and Professional who could ask for anything more. Thank you again I will be telling all my friends about you!

Im so Please about the Honesty and the Respect that I got today. You are #1. Ive call Others. I've had my septic pumped twice. $315 each time in 2 months. No Sympathy. You Guys came out. Reasonable price. I can't thank you enough. You are Definitely on my phone list. Thank You.

Yesterday my husband inadvertently hit an irrigation pipe with the lawnmower. It broke off causing water to shoot up from the lawn like a geyser! We had to shut off the water for the entire house to stop the water flow. The guy from Sun Plumbing and septic service was awesome! He did great work at a fair price! The repair looks better than the work that the home builder did! We’ve found our forever plumber! Thanks so much for showing up quickly in such an emergency situation!

Next day Service was the only plus with my experience. Immediately after opening the tank the tech started in on how it might be extra for there is a lot of waste in the tank. Then asked if thats ok. Also claimed that I needed a new drain field because the water level was high. Learned that this is normal after the rain and I just had new sod laid down so I've been watering like crazy. He then used his tool to slush the waste around for about three minutes and said it wasn't as bad as he thought. But, still charged the extra $50. We called the office back for we weren't....... **Update** The owner Jeff came out to my home today after a lengthy conversation yesterday about where things went wrong. He was very polite and I appreciate the advise he gave on our septic system. I was in a hurry so we didn’t discuss water house reimbursement but when we get that figured out Sun Plumbing deserves Five stars for their effort to rectify the issue. I will also use their service going forward because of the unpaid time Jeff spent with me this morning. Thank you again Jeff:)
