I would not recommend this company. I have had repeated issues with getting them to show up and make repairs. My problem still needs to be fixed and they told me I should call someone else after not showing up. So I will call someone else and also let anyone else know that is looking for a dependable professional plumbing company that Purvis plumbing is not the company to call and you to should call someone else.

Unfortunately get ready to get ripped off! Sorry to say but there are people out there that just take advantage of others and have no moral values. This is definitely one of these places. We had an agreement to complete a plumbing job to take out equipment at one place and install it at another place. Joey did remove the equipment with owner Harvey and placed it at the new location. They did a medium job as they didn't close the holes in the wall where the piping was removed. So we had to get somebody else to fix that. The day before they wanted to install the equipment at the new place owner Harvey and employee Joey came by again to inspect the place. They wanted to have an upfront payment of $300 which was paid by check and cashed the same day. The next day at 8 am we waited for their arrival but they never showed up. Upon calling Joey communicated he changed his mind and didn't want to do the job anymore because he wasn't satisfied with the payment terms. He would take the $300 just to remove the equipment at the other place. That was a job that our handyman could have performed for $100 instead. Plus we never agreed to pay that money for the removal but instead only as a deposit for the work to be done. As they cashed the check immediately after they left our place there was no way to reverse that transaction. We tried to communicate again with Harvey and Joey but they wouldn't take our phone calls. Sad to see these kind of people exist so please take this in consideration if you are planning to do business with them.
