John Taylor Plumbing is excellent. I called yesterday with a leak from my pressure valve. John came out and promptly fixed the problem. He was very professional, informative and reasonable. Previously, I had used ACE Solves it All for the same problem. They had been out on several occasions and did not repair the issue. ACE advised that pipes should be replaced for a cost of $1200, which I found to be ridiculous. If you have plumbing problems, call John Taylor Plumbing. You will not be disappointed. John is not only knowledgeable, he's personable and does a great job. John came out and easily diagnosed issues that were left by another plumber. John doesn't gouge you on price when you need help and he treats you like family.. I'll recommend him to ask my family and friends when they need a professional.
John is more than just a plumber, he's a friend that just wants to do the right thing for his customers. Have you ever heard of a plumber that returns calls in a timely fashion? That's John! He plumbed my new house 8 years ago and I have used him ever since. When I call him him he actually offers suggestions in how I might be able to correct the situation before he has to come out. Had an emergency with a pipe springing a leak outside our home, callled about a dozen plumbers... left messages. John returned my called within minutes and took care of the pipe the same afternoon. Fantastic service and a very fair price. I highly recommend!!
My disposal stopped working. Tried a few DIY fixes but nothing worked. Called John and he came out a few hours later the same day and found it could be fixed. It just got clogged up. Will definitely use him for any future issues! Fast, honest service was what I got and I appreciate that!
