Amazing group of people! They worked closely with us to meet inspections for the opening of Arthur Murray Dance Studio Ocala. They not only worked after hours to meet our deadlines, my direct contact Bethany stopped by to be sure our doors were locked... twice! It's hard to find that type of customer service!! Came out with very little notice to fix an underground leak at my clients home. And then again, the following day. Again, no notice, end of the day, different issue. I had two different texts are either one of the days and they were both very professional and very pleasant to deal with. More than satisfied

They came out the day before they were scheduled and were very professional and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions.

Excessive prices. Johnson Bros. Plumbing replaced a leaking tub faucet and plastic plate to cover hole that was cut at a cost exceeding $500. Staff was nice and leak was fixed, but we're still shocked and upset at the cost. Have had many plumbing repairs in over 30 yrs of home ownership in the Tampa Bay area, but none as outrageous as a simple repair at our Ft. Mccoy retreat. Maybe there's a more equitable price structure for locals, but we don't recommend this company ever, unless you're desperate.

Just had our water softener installed by you plumber BEN, he did an AWESOME job and was very friendly. I sure hope you are paying him well as he is a credit to your company. I gave him five stars gladly!
