like everyone else, the septic decided to back up. called this morning and got joe. explained what i had and he said he could be out today. he and his helper came out within the time frame, got to work digging for the tank lid and running the vacuum hose. they let us watch and explained what they were doing. after everything is said and done, they did a great job, cleaned up the area and even watered the sod that they had placed back. will use them in the future as you have got to keep the systems operating. fair price, professional and courteous.
