Collin from Ben Franklin was very prompt in arrival went straight to work and installed the new toilet in quick time. He left the area spotless. He tested the unit several times before giving it an OK. I was pleased with his performance and will recommend him to my daughter to have her toilets upgraded.

Colin was a pleasure to work with and did an excellent job for us. He performed a very thorough review of all plumbing within and outside the household, and he detected and replaced two leaking valves with the water heaters. I'm glad we have Ben Franklin handling all of our plumbing needs!
