AC blower went down... Scheduled via AHS and Seth came out that day.. Had motor next day (common part thank goodness) and repaired in
LIke others who have written a review, I was connect through AHS (home warranty co) to Baylis and Baylis. Besides it taking a day (and a hot night) for them to come to my place, which was probably not there fault as their's alot of demand this time of year. They quickly fixed the problem, explained it to me, and even walked me through a couple parts of my ac system that I didn't even know existed and how to maintain them. I would for sure work with them again.
We have used them many times and are satisfied each time. They are our go to air conditioner people.
As some of the other reviewers mentioned, they are not the most personable people but I'm not trying to make friends just get my air conditioner fixed and they did that without any problem. Got here super fast, diagnosed the problem, and had me back up and running in about 20 minutes. Thank you so much
In all my years of selling real estate I would hate to think that any of my clients had to deal with this company through American Home Shield. Scott is arrogant, argumentative and downright rude...the customer service is sorely lacking...
