I have never had such a pleasant customer service experience as when I called Katz plumbing and spoke with Kelly. It felt as if I'd known her forever. Pleasant, knowledgeable, caring and friendly. They will forever be my "go to" plumbing company. Customer Service at it's best!

My father and I hired them and they took FULL advantage of an elderly man in his 70s. They overcharged my father. What should have cost $2900.00 wound up costing my father $7000.00. You do the math. Oh....the plumber they sent was a felon awaiting trial.

EVERY part of this bad situation was made MUCH better by this team. Kelly was very genuine, polite and showed concern that we had No Water. She said she'd call back in a few minutes to update me, and she did. Dan arrived within the hour and he was awesome..!! Very quick, very sharp and very nice and polite. Best Part...? No Price Gouging..! Highly Recommended..!!
