I had the "pleasure" of dealing with the owner's wife recently. I had no problem with their secretary which demonstrated nothing but professionalism. However, the owner's wife (which wouldn't provide her name) was rude and nasty. I myself work with the public daily, and I wouldn't have a job if I treated people the way she did. I sincerely hope she does NOT treat her staff the way she treats the public. I think a class in customer service would do her a great justice!!

Great Company, staff was kind and very professional. Called about water not working and a technician was here in just a few short hours. problem taken care of on the first visit! Would use again.

Excellent Service. We are a commercial property and used the referred company from the makers of our gas boilers. Very efficient and professional from their office person to on site technician sent out. Will definitely use again.

This company was a problem from day 1. Although they seem like very nice people they are unprofessional, inefficient and provide poor service. It took several days to get our water heater when it broke down. Even with the hot water restored, it has never worked the way it did before they replaced it (tankless water heater). They are volunteer fire workers (very admirable), but I fear that is their passion, NOT plumbing. They just contacted me after a year has passed, and said they were going through old invoices, and I still owe them money! Unless you are tolerant of aggravation, don't use them!

They came right out, very professional. Had a hidden leak, it took them all of 5 minutes to locate it. I have two boys and my 11 year old asked if he could help, the owner Jeff smiled, said "sure", and actually took way more time than it would have taken by himself, and taught my son how to repair the leak. I haven't seen genuine service like that since I was a kid. It was just an awesome experience, especially for my son.
