Wayne is very diligent and worked hard to sort out our boiler issues at a good price
We needed a plumber on short notice to sort out our central heating - we were let down by one firm, which left us calling round after 5:30pm - most firms didn't answer, and many of those who we left voicemails for didn't return calls. Wayne called back, then came out the same evening and got the system working. Price seemed totally reasonable given the situation, and we happily had him back a couple of days later to change a couple of radiator valves that were a bit iffy. Wayne was polite & friendly throughout, & didn't try to overcomplicate things or sell us extras we didn't need. We've saved his number & next time he'll be our first call!
