The service is very good - when the engineers are available. We had two procedures done and the first was no problem at all: we booked for our shower to be fixed, the engineer arrived at the agreed time and did the job efficiently. The second job, unblocking the kitchen sink, was scheduled soon after. We ended up rescheduling 3 times due to engineer unavailability - first there was an emergency, then the wrong parts had been delivered. When he was finally available (he came on a Saturday, a week before the weekend service was supposed to begin, which we appreciated), the engineer did a great job. Overall, I can only say the service is mediocre although the engineer was good at his job. We were severely inconvenienced by having to reschedule so much.
