James popped on to give me a quote to fix my cloakroom taps. It was a very reasonable price so I said to proceed. He returned the following day with the correct “innards” for my taps, made the change, and no more leaking wobbly taps. He arrived when he said he would (always a bonus for me), cleaned up after himself (another bonus), was polite, quick and efficient. I’d highly recommend.
