The terrible experience I had with this company, was from a different angle, they work as insurance assessors to insurance companies trying to get claims down. I as a pensioner had a massive sewage and drain leak the sewage was flooding into my house, my ins company told me to get it done immediately for. health reason. I found a reputable company, and the fixed the whole system in two days, roots had ruind the drainage pipes which ran alongside the whole house and 3/4 of patio/ garden, they could not get plant in so extra man power was bought in next day4more men. They dug and replaced all the drainage, had to rebuild two new drainage points and cut the offending tree roots. They cleared all the waste away and powerhosed every where afterwards. They also gave me a thirty year guarantee. The guy from Ansa said that was a lie, worthless. In fact the Ansa guy was lying, checked and the warranty was legal backed by company's professional association. They cheated and lied and after I had paid £5,450 fir the job Ansa suggested to my company that they should only pay me £2,000. I have three companies given me esstimates and are virtually the same as the company that did the work. So do not consider these to do anything in your house or property, they lie and cheat. If you hear their name associated with any claim refuse to have them as assessors.
