This is an exceptional company. From the first phone call, to the finished job, every member of the staff were helpful, knowledgeable and delightful both in the office and out on our site. The engineers were efficient, polite and charming. Very neat and tidy work. Delighted, and happy to recommend this Air Conditioning Company to all my friends.

Great service and great work. Our air conditioning stopped working and they sent out an engineer the same day who fixed the issue. Would definitely recommend.

I do not recommend this company, when I had a problem with one of their engineers, they could not even apologise for the problem and try to sort it out. I wasn't asking for them to apportion blame, but I was a good customer have spent a few thousand with them. All I got for my troubles was a Manager who just wanted to argue the toss, and would rather lose a customer that sort out the issues. Very poor service when you have an issue with them. Not recommended at all. After 2 letters to the CEO WITHOUT acknowledgement TSS facilities tried to get us in trouble with our Managing Agents (to no avail), but we are a LIMITED company and they should only be dealing with us. So then rather than speak to us they have sent their invoice straight to a debt collector! DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE AS IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THEY WILL BULLY YOU UNTIL YOU PAY UP AND GET NO SERVICE FOR THAT MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
