Metro Plumbers

Metro normally means speedy. Over charge you, rude,unprofessional. They think they are doing you a favour and are always right. Far from it. Do not use. Bad reviews all over the internet.

A total waste of time! Richard came out to diagnose a leak but he made inadequate checks and didn’t want to touch anything. He insisted that the ceiling would have to be cut out to see the pipes. I used a local plumber later who quickly assessed the situation by pulling a floor board up and the problem was soon resolved with a good quality sealant. I would personally never use Metro Plumbers.

Worst plumbers I’ve ever encountered. So far they have said (when asked to check our water meter due to high bills) that we “just had high water usage”. It later turned out to a faulty meter; that the water damage on the wooden bath panel they installed is us “hitting it”; that a leaking pipe from a boiler they’d installed was also us “knocking it”; that a water leak behind our bath was our fault and because of our washing machine - later turned out to be water damage from the grouting needing replacing. When they replaced the grouting (in a bathroom filled with white grouting, they replaced a few tiles worth with grey grouting and proceeded to clean up their mess which my baby son’s duck towel. Like I said: worst plumbers ever! AVOID.

I have used Metro Plumbers on various occasions and I can honestly say they are a fantastic company to work with who I would highly recommend and one I will choose to use time and time again. All staff members I have encountered have been polite, professional, hard working and have gone above and beyond.

We use Metro plumbers regularly to help with all aspects of plumbing. Their staff are always helpful and polite and respectful. I would not hesitate in recommending them.
