Ron has solved a number of plumbing and heating issues in my home. He is very knowledgeable, explains what he is doing and why, arrives on time, and goes the whole nine yards when it comes to solving the problem. I recently had a furnace breakdown in cold weather and he worked two days to fix what turned out to be multiple issues and left me with what I considered to be a very reasonable bill for all the labour he put into the job. He also loaned me space heaters to help keep the house liveable while the furnace was out. In addition to his other excellent values he is compassionate and kind. I rate him and his work as first rate.

We just had Ron in for an overdue furnace servicing. He did a most wonderful job, replacing a few needed parts. Excellent stuff!!

We had Ron come in to replace our hot water tank. He showed up early and finished faster than his estimate. His total bill was itemized and very reasonable and competitive. Ron was extremely efficient and kind to my kids who wanted to watch some of the installation process. I'm no plumber but the piping and work he did seemed high quality and built to last. I always find looking for a tradesperson to be a bit daunting. I try to research any problems as much as I can but I am still out of my element. With Ron I could tell he was honest and I had zero concerns about overcharging. He will definitely be our go-to plumber as well as our recommendation to friends and family.

Never had anyone we could call our plumber but read the reviews and decided to take a chance. Our apprehension about plumbers was soon laid to rest when Ron arrived. His explanations about the problem and the procedure he was taking to fix the leak certainly put us at ease. The time flew by quickly as we soon were sharing our past experiences and interests. I even learned a little about plumbing. The final process of billing was very up front and fair.

We were vey pleased with Ron's prompt response to our hot water tank problem. He replaced our tank and fixed 2 other minor plumbing issues we had. Prices was very fair and he gave us some helpful advice. I would highly recommend him.
